This guest home was designed to compliment the nearby main home. The site restrictions didn’t allow for a walk-out basement, so the lakeside elevation of the home was carefully designed to still allow plenty of waterfront access to the homeowner. Terraces and a screened porch offer spectacular views from Governor’s Island on Lake Winnipesaukee. The use of materials, such as cedar siding and stone on the exterior and wood on the interior, compliments the natural setting.
